Happy National Bring your Dog to Work Day!

Today we had the pleasure of Luna the French Bulldog at Megaflatables, isn’t she cute?

Luna is a highly valued member of the team here at Megaflatables. We love her so much, we think she could be amazing inspiration for a inflatable animal!

Bring Your Dog To Work Day is an annual nationwide event that raises money for charities dedicated to making a difference to the welfare of dogs. The two main charities the annual event raises money for are All Dogs Matter and Animals Asia, but you can also select your own charity to raise funds for.

All Dogs Matter rescue and re-home more than 400 dogs every year in London and the surrounding area, while Animals Asia is an international charity devoted to ending the barbaric practice of bear bile farming, as well as improving the welfare of dogs and cats in China and Vietnam.

As well as raising funds for a great cause, Bring Your Dog to Work Day could have some positive benefits for employee productivity and wellbeing. Above all, the day promises to be a lot of fun for all those involved. It’s time to give your dog a job! Many scientific studies have concluded that the presence of pets can help reduce a person’s stress level in the workplace – so grab your pups, cats and all your other pets and bring them into the office.

Here at Megaflatables, we only had Luna to entertain, but at the Amazon offices in Seattle, approximately 6000 new canine employees. We think this is a great cause and there is so much potential for some fun and furry fundraising!

Everyone enjoyed having cuddles with Luna and she brought a lot of smiles and laugher throughout the day! Who is looking forward to Bring Your Dog To Work Day 2020 already? I know we certainly are! Bring Your Dog To Work Day 2020 will be on June 26^th!
