Christmas tree sales
For the 5th year running the staff at Megaflatables have given two of their weekends up in December to come together and sell Christmas trees to the local community in Writtle. This year the trees were on sale from the Megaflatables warehouse which was advertised by a giant inflatable Father Christmas. A variety of real Christmas trees were on sale ranging from 4ft to 7ft, smaller Christmas inflatables were also donated from the team at Megaflatables to members of the community who purchased a Christmas tree.
The outcome of the money raised for Great Ormond Street Hospital
Every sale for the Christmas trees were donated to the GOSH Charity, which meant that an impressive total of £4500 was raised this year, GOSH have informed Megaflatables that this money will go to supporting Essex families and the costs associated with staying in London while their child is in the hospital. A huge well done is in order for the team at Megaflatables for their hard work in raising this money for GOSH and a big thank you to the Writtle community in choosing to purchase their Christmas trees to a good cause.
